So far a big goose egg-it’s been over a month and no mail box. I did receive a damaged post that I had to email multiple times for a return and replacement. The tracking showed waiting on the carrier to pick for over a month. I wish that I had seen the honest terrible reviews before purchasing. Allegedly the mailbox and post are supposed to be delivered this week. I’m doubtful since I have lost all faith in them. Customer service is the most ridiculous I have ever experienced. Customers shouldn’t have to send twelve emails begging for their mailbox. Take a few minutes to read the poor reviews it will save you from making a mistake and ordering from them. UPDATE I received the mailbox with scratches and the flag is NOT red colored like their website indicates. My biggest complaint is that the post that I originally received was a high quality heavy steel-the post I received as the replacement today is flimsy low quality and-I have concerns it will even hold up the heavy mailbox. The weight difference is extreme. I feel that I have been a victim of a bait and switch. I’ve emailed them but from other reviews I doubt they respond. I made a review on post and porch web site but received an email that it didn’t meet their criteria to be published. I doubt any honest negative experience ever get published internally by them.
