I had made my mailbox and post order on 8 December because a school bus knocked down my mailbox. I placed the order, but never heard back from the company in regards to shipping/arrival date. It had been over 10 business days. I wrote an email to the company, no response. I called 2 days after my email, someone answered, super kind. Provided me two tracking numbers. Once I got off the phone with him and checked my tracking numbers, I noticed that they had JUST submitted my order and I wasn't going to receive them for another 4-5 days. My mailbox had arrived, but my post did not. I waited and waited and decided to call customer service again and the lady on the phone explained that there have been delays and offered me $15.30 dollars back as an inconvenience but said that I would get status on my tracking number within 24 hours. Well, 48 hours have passed and no updates to my tracking on my post, then after waiting for a few more days, I called consumer service and asked for a full refund for my post because they did not keep their word and there still wasn't any updates to my tracking. It was a huge disappointment because no where on their site mentioned that they will be delays, and I do not feel that this company is very honest. In total, I waited for almost a month for my post before I gave up. Also, my post was $160 but they only refunded me a total of $102.30. At this point I'm not sure if I want to take my losses or call back and have them provide me the full refund of the post since it never left their warehouse. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
