First of all it took over a month to get my business account fully active because of their unnecessary outdated security protocol by sending bank cards and logins to me every 3 days. Secondly the bank clerks did not even know how to transfer funds using the online method but suggested I transfer funds using clerks in the post office like in the year 2000 when online banking was an advanced technology.Thirdly good luck if you do not speak any German.
