I called to follow up an email from company after my Direct Debit failed.
The customer service agent was helpful and friendly. She allowed me time to get sorted without feeling harassed, which is not always the case. She helped ensure my details were updated while we awaited information from another source. I had inadvertently set the account up via Google Pay and as there was more than 1 account attached it sometimes didn't pay them first time depending which account was front and centre on Google Pay
I was given clear instructions moving forward.
