They cancelled my direct debit like I asked them. But I also asked them about my voucher for a refer a friend. They said I received it in September. I looked back on my emails and I only ever received 1’s from them to refer a friend. Never a voucher. My friend got 1 in November, I never. They said it’s too late to claim now. A little annoyed. But what can you do. Will never refer again.
