Dispute telling PPL that my MIL died last year and is still dead, they continue to email her about a low value prize she won - box of chocolate , tea towel etc

I have emailed a couple of times to advise that she is dead and got another email regarding the unclaimed prize yesterday so i replied to that reminding them of her lateness. Then another email arrived today so i looked into it further and noticed you can change the delivery address so selected something and ordered it. Got the usual Thank you emails etc etc then another reminder that she hadn’t selected a prize!!!

It’s bad enough that they ignore emails, continue to email the dead but now it looks like we will get the prize delivered to our address but addressed to my late MIL.

Seriously considering cancelling my PPL subscription.

Update. Since writing this I’ve had two more Reminder to Redeem your voucher emails but when I open them it says the voucher has been redeemed.
