Recently, without any prior email notification or warning, they changed their pricing policy and instantly cut off service.Instead of a grace period or a professional notification, they displayed a bright red 'License Expired' graphic over my digital menus in the middle of peak business hours. I was effectively held hostage and forced to scramble to fix my displays while customers were in the store.It is acceptable for a company to change their pricing model; it is unacceptable to vandalize a client's screens during operating hours without notice. This demonstrated a complete lack of regard for my business operations. I have since switched to a more professional provider. Proceed with caution.
