If you are a business owner relying on digital signage for your menus or promotions, do not trust this company.I used PosterBooking because of their advertised free plan. Recently, without any prior email notification or warning, they changed their pricing policy and instantly cut off service.Instead of a grace period or a professional notification, they displayed a bright red 'License Expired' graphic over my digital menus in the middle of peak business hours. I was effectively held hostage and forced to scramble to fix my displays while customers were in the store.It is acceptable for a company to change their pricing model; it is unacceptable to vandalize a client's screens during operating hours without notice. This demonstrated a complete lack of regard for my business operations. I have since switched to a more professional provider. Proceed with caution.
We're a fast food franchise that required menu screens in multiple outlets.We bought Amazon Signage Sticks and we utilised the free unlimited screens offer which PosterBooking give when you purchase the Amazon Signage Sticks.The dashboard is very easy to use, and having moved from a competitor, set up was much quicker with PosterBooking. The Business Pro plan is very valuable for us as we plan to add more screens, and the price per screen when we add more makes so much sense to stick with PosterBooking.The customer service is very good too. I highly recommend them.
Posterbooking very clearly offer a free tier on their Web site. It is described as $0 per month for up to 10 signs. When my sign stopped working after 30 days Jade (who coincidentally is the name on the single Google play reviewer who left 5 stars for their Android app) informed me "We do not offer a free plan, just a free trial for new users". This is completely at odds with their Web site and the information in their sign up process. It's a pity, their product is quite good, but their sales is classic bait-and-switch. If this is how they operate at the beginning, heaven help you if you have a issue later on. Continue your search elsewere.
They advertise on their website (as of today 7/13/25) a free (no trial) plan for 10 screens or less with a watermark. I chose this plan 3 months ago and now have been locked out of the entire account unless I upgrade. I checked their site again to see if I was misunderstanding and in multiple places on their site it still advertises for a FREE FOREVER plan. When you question it on their "live" chat, they say no, it's a 3 month trial. Their "live" chat btw isn't live and when you ask for a live agent they say one will connect in a few minutes, they never do. I waited over 2 hours. I have screenshots of their FREE plan yet they deny it. Total waste of my time. I only needed 2 screens for a small purpose and now I am back to square one. Stay AWAY from them.
It's not actually free for 10 screens as stated. It's free for 3 months, then you have to upgrade to a subscription or lose all your content. The reviews are misleading as some say they have been using for free for longer, this is not the case.
I was blown away by how easy it is to turn my TV into a fun dynamic display using my Amazon Firestick. The remote was so easy to use and loved the fact that I got 10 screenplays free. I am able to upload my playlist and scheduling options make it easy to keep my restaurant content fresh and engaging.
