lovely prints, great price and wonderful customer service - what's not to like?

Ordered 2 canvas prints for my daughter, price was great compared to other companies. Received an email to say the item was on its way however 8 days later the tracking link still didn't work so emailed customer services who responded within a few hours with a polite, friendly email advising me of some delays. 2 days later the item was due to be delivered by UPS however I was at work so re-diverted for 3 days after to a parcel shop collection point. On collecting the packaging was pristine and had clearly been handled with care. There was no protective material between the 2 canvas prints which I was a bit concerned about but the prints were absolutely fine and are of a lovely quality. I was worried after I looked at some reviews on here but I didn't need to worry and would happily order again. Thankyou Posterlounge!
