I ordered six prints of varying sizes, however, four out of the six were very badly damaged due to the packaging being damaged. I feel that company should used more appropriate packaging in order to prevent such damage. It is also impossible to contact the company from the UK via the telephone number supplied on all websites, my only alternative has been to email the company and wait up to 48hrs for a reply.
Had the prints not been damaged, they would have been excellent, as the quality is of a high standard.

Ordered 2 canvas prints for my daughter, price was great compared to other companies. Received an email to say the item was on its way however 8 days later the tracking link still didn't work so emailed customer services who responded within a few hours with a polite, friendly email advising me of some delays. 2 days later the item was due to be delivered by UPS however I was at work so re-diverted for 3 days after to a parcel shop collection point. On collecting the packaging was pristine and had clearly been handled with care. There was no protective material between the 2 canvas prints which I was a bit concerned about but the prints were absolutely fine and are of a lovely quality. I was worried after I looked at some reviews on here but I didn't need to worry and would happily order again. Thankyou Posterlounge!
Neither the website, nor email specifided delivery time, so I called customer service. As I was informed there is skill 10 days left for my parcel to arrive, I wanted to cancel one item, which was supposed to be a gift (needed earlier than in 10 days). This was not possible. Moreover, 10 days later, my parcel was not even been dispatched.I do not recommend this website if you respect yourself.
