I am truly let down by what I received after such a long wait. There’s no guidance on returning items. I’ve spent a significant amount of money and there’s no returns label? Additionally, I’m missing some items (2 frames and mounted borders) and was advised to file a claim, but I haven’t heard back in 2 weeks!! It’s incredibly frustrating to spend so much and face this. I previously used a linked company with no issues, but this service has not met expectations, and the customer support has been awful.
