I’ve been struggling for 4 days regarding an order over £250 that arrived damaged. The only way to contact them is via email, and on day 3, I received no response. The order is sitting in my hallway, waiting for guidance on what to do! I’ve sent multiple emails with photos and codes, but I keep getting responses asking for the same information, which feels automated. If this continues, I may have to go through my credit card provider to reclaim my money. I won’t be ordering again; this has been very disappointing and stressful! I did have better experiences in the past, but this returning customer is now lost. I sent batch codes and photos on Sept 30 with no reply. On Oct 2, I emailed again for an update, but still no response. On the 5th day, I received a reply stating they would refund my money.
