I am extremely let down by what I received after such a long wait. There is no information regarding returns. I have spent a significant amount of money, yet there is no returns label provided. Additionally, I am missing some items (two frames and mounted borders) and was advised to file a claim, but I haven't received any response in two weeks! It's incredibly frustrating, especially given the amount spent. I previously had a good experience with a related company, but this service has not met expectations at all, and the customer support has been very poor.
