My fourth experience with this courier service has been extremely disappointing. I placed an online order on January 6th, and as of January 16th, I am still waiting. On January 13th, I checked the status and saw it was 'Enroute for Delivery.' However, the rider never arrived at my address and instead submitted a false report stating 'Customer Not Available,' despite not even attempting to contact me on my phone. On January 15th, the status was again 'Enroute for Delivery,' but by the evening, the rider submitted another false report citing 'Incomplete Address.' I'm incredibly frustrated with this service.
