That is never enough time to settle a dispute, or conclude that you need to use the buyers protection of the Creditcard. Postfinance will therefore always reject your claim. The buyers protection is a marketing tool but will give you a false sense of security. App is not super intuitive but other banks do not necessarily have anything better. Price is fair (in comparison to other banks), but in case you have more difficult questions and you need to ask someone over the phone, know that you will have to pay per minute for client service.
