I am a very relaxed person, but every time I use PostFinance it just annoys me.Instant money transfer when paying bills is standard and normal with no additional fees with other banks, only with PostFinance a normal deposit with transfer on the same day costs 5 CHF!!! A disgrace. In addition, the "notified bill" causes problems because it doesn't work on a smartphone and only via e-banking. That means I have to log into a computer for PostFinances service to work at all, meaninig sometimes I have bills due since 3 month, which causes me costs. Furthermore, high monthly fees. I hate this company.
