You should actually read all the previous reviews and actually take note. 99% of the reviews are negative. It has been over a week and I still have not received my parcel. I spoke with a customer services rep today and requested to escalate my complaint or at least speak with a manager and she couldn’t even do that. A delivery from North Harbour to South Auckland. It is actually pathetic. Multiple phone calls and emails and all I get is conflicting information and undelivered promises. No one appears to know what they are doing. I have ordered another package the same time from China which is on its way. I won’t be surprised if my package from China arrives before post haste delivers my package.
