Disappointing Delivery Experience

Unfortunately, I have to rate this as zero stars. The parcel was clearly marked to be placed on the BACK balcony, with explicit directions indicating its location. However, upon returning home, I found it carelessly left on the front porch. Both gates were left open, so the driver didn’t even have to make an effort, yet they still failed to deliver it as instructed. If my items happen to be stolen in the future and you were responsible for their delivery, I will hold you accountable. Zero stars.

Disappointed with the Service

My daughter had been saving all year for a trip to England, but now she can't go because the service has lost her passport. They seem indifferent, having neither apologized nor taken any action against the courier. No refund or compensation has been offered for the distress caused. She was looking forward to a white Christmas, something she's never experienced, but now she must stay home due to this situation. She's viewing this as a lesson learned and plans to inform her extensive business contacts about her experience. While she hopes to spare others from similar anguish, I would personally consider taking further action.

Extremely slow delivery service

This courier service is among the slowest I have encountered. I've been waiting for weeks for a single item to arrive with no updates on the tracking. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I would prefer to use another service next time.

Incredibly slow service

This courier service must be one of the slowest in the region. I've been waiting for weeks for one item to be delivered. There have been no updates on the tracking, leaving me completely in the dark. My package has been in transit for seven days now. I wish all my deliveries could come through a more reliable service next time.

Incompetent delivery

This service is just as unreliable as another local courier. My parcel was scanned for delivery but never arrived that day. When I followed up, they claimed their service actually takes longer than advertised, leaving me frustrated.

Poor service experience

The service is terrible. They don’t even ring the doorbell and leave a note asking me to pick up the parcel from a location far away. I recommend using a different courier; their drivers are far more competent.

Questionable business practices

Why is this company still operating? Their delays are constant. I rarely see any other couriers as unreliable as them. They finally brought my parcel on a Sunday, so I added another star for that.

Wrong delivery address
