I ordered from a pizzeria just 4 short blocks away, and at checkout, my total was $22.32, which already included a $3.99 delivery fee, $3.83 tax, and a $4.00 tip. After I placed the order, my total suddenly increased to $26.52 due to a $4.20 "Marketplace Fee" that was not shown or disclosed before checkout.I contacted customer support three times, spending over an hour trying to resolve this. One rep told me to come back after the order was completed, the second abruptly ended the chat, and the third was no help at all. The complete lack of transparency and poor customer service is extremely frustrating.If you value clear pricing and responsive support, I strongly suggest avoiding Postmates
