working for postmates fleet is a good job. I make decent money and get to meet some interesting people. Anytime I have trouble with orders I can call postmates support and their phone help is extremely awesome. However, every time I've used the chat option for help while working I am spoken to like an idiot. Their chat support team is short with you, rude, and overall not helpful. I think they should go back to just having support via phone call because almost every person I've chatted with via text support has been awful.
