Very bad experience with PostNL. My shipment to Switzerland was cancelled by PostNL on 30 December 2025. After the cancellation, the package should have been returned to the sender/seller.

The recipient was already refunded, and I contacted PostNL multiple times by email and phone to stop the delivery. Despite this, PostNL still delivered the package to the destination.

After the delivery, PostNL refused to take responsibility for their mistake and told me it was “not their matter.” This is extremely unprofessional and caused financial loss and unnecessary stress. I do not recommend this service.
