tl,dr: nobody cares, just wait one more week, we don't know where your package is.

I ordered two packages from bol, bought at the same time. Sorted and sent to PostNL at the same time. Both track & trace say the same - packages are sorted. Yet the postNL delivery person gave me one package, and the other is rescheduled. It's now been 5 days, the package is rescheduled every day, i see the courier driving by my house every day, and they don't take any responsibility. The status updates stopped for some reason - stuck on yesterday's info. Calling doesn't help - they want me to contact bol.nl. Who then says the package is received by postNL. Nobody cares about my property. The weekend comes, so I know the delivery will be an extra 2 days. I am leaving the country on Monday morning, and it surely will be suddenly "my fault" for not receiving the package a week after the delivery time. And to think, I chose this over Amazon and DHl to have a better experience. I was very wrong.
