I ordered something at the end of December, and they needed to deliver it. First, they lost it. I contacted with the webshop, and they sent the item again, PostNL "delivered" it, but I didn't get it.

Few days ago I ordered again something, I paid extra for the "next day delivery", and of course, they didn't deliver it, even after that day. The tracking says it's "delivered to mailbox"... At least the webshop gave me back the extra money, but the PostNL just does what they can, nothing.

This is some kind of joke! This company is an absurd. I payed 13€ to deliver a letter to Poland. It was supposed to be within 2-5 working days. On a 6th day it's still not at my place! If you have respect to yourself, dont waste your time on this company.

Extremely Frustrating Experience with Delayed Shipment

I have been waiting for my parcel for 5 months as it has been put on hold in the Netherlands! After such a long time, all I received was a status update saying 'Created'. I am completely in the dark about the whereabouts of my parcel. Attempts to contact the support team have yielded no results, whether by phone or email. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a service! I strongly advise against using it if you want to avoid losing your items!

Extremely disappointed with the delivery service

I wish I could rate this service lower. My package was meant to arrive 8 days ago, but the tracking information keeps changing. It initially said it would be delivered today, then apologized for missing the timeframe, and now it's pushed to the next day. I urgently need this package for my travels. This is truly unacceptable.

I would rate it zero stars if possible. Terrible experience! They consistently delay delivery and then claim no one was home, sending it to a service point. Meanwhile, I’m at home waiting for the package!

Frustrating Experience with My Parcel

My parcel has been stuck in the Netherlands for 4 months! It didn’t go through the X-ray machine, and I explained the situation. I pleaded with the support team to open it and check everything, asking them to please send it to Armenia. But they simply stated they wouldn’t do anything with my parcel and would just return it to the UK. This has been the most disappointing experience!

Frustrating Delivery Experience

I stayed home specifically to receive this package, but then I received a message stating it was not delivered and would be available at the local pickup point the next day. Now it's already half the day, and it's still not there, even though the location is just a 6-minute drive away. Now it says it will arrive between 18:00 and 20:00! I was really counting on receiving it, what a waste of time.

Frustrating experience with delivery service

I sent household items to my newly married daughter on November 24th, and they arrived on the 27th. They charged customs duty as well, then the issues began with claims of a wrong address and refused delivery. The address was correct; it seems the delivery person was simply unwilling to deliver. The postal service is essentially at the mercy of these delivery personnel. Customer support is inadequate, providing no valid explanation for returning the package. It's frustrating to spend so much on international shipping only to have it sent back for unfounded reasons.

My parcel has been stuck in the Netherlands for four months! Can you believe it? It never went through the X-ray machine. I pleaded with the support team to open it, but nothing happened. I begged them to check it, explaining that there was no threat. I requested that they send it to Armenia instead of returning it to the UK, as my ex-partner wouldn’t forward it to me. After four months of no updates, they finally informed me that they won’t open it and will just send it back to the UK. Can you imagine? Now I have no idea where my parcel is... I strongly advise against using this service; it has been the worst experience ever.
