My parcel has been stuck in the Netherlands for 4 months! Can you believe that? It hasn't even gone through the X-ray machine. I explained the situation and pleaded for them to open it, assuring them everything was fine, and requested it be sent to Armenia. After all this time, they decided to just return it to the UK. It's unbelievable! Now, I have no idea where my parcel is. This has been the worst experience ever!
