I sent household items to my newly married daughter on November 24th, and they arrived on the 27th. They charged customs duty as well, then the issues began with claims of a wrong address and refused delivery. The address was correct; it seems the delivery person was simply unwilling to deliver. The postal service is essentially at the mercy of these delivery personnel. Customer support is inadequate, providing no valid explanation for returning the package. It's frustrating to spend so much on international shipping only to have it sent back for unfounded reasons.
