I ordered something at the end of December, and they needed to deliver it. First, they lost it. I contacted with the webshop, and they sent the item again, PostNL "delivered" it, but I didn't get it.
Few days ago I ordered again something, I paid extra for the "next day delivery", and of course, they didn't deliver it, even after that day. The tracking says it's "delivered to mailbox"... At least the webshop gave me back the extra money, but the PostNL just does what they can, nothing.
