My package was received in Denmark and on its way to me when it was ‘lost’ in the system. I felt that the AI chat was frustrating and unhelpful insisting that I contact the supplier from overseas. The loss of my package obviously in Denmark. I received my package about 3 weeks later without explanation. Communication and tracking needs improvement.
