We ordered cat foot online - 10 kg - and paid for home delivery. On the day delivery was promised, we stayed home. As we were sitting in the window eating a lovely lunch, we received a message that PostNord had "tried to deliver the package, but we were not home." We were not only home, but sitting in the window watching the street, where we would have seen a PostNord van drive by. The "photo proof of delivery" was someone holding his thumb over the camera.

We tried to contact PostNord customer service in the app but gave up after waiting nearly an hour.

The package was delivered to a package shop about 15 minutes away.

I had to bring a 10kg package of cat food home on my bike in the rain.

Terrible terrible. They never leave the pack at the pickup point. They don’t know hot to do their jobs. I can’t understand how it’s possible that they still work.

Unacceptable package handling and customer service issues

The handling of my packages has been unacceptable recently; one had to be sent back to the sender due to significant damage. Additionally, two others were delayed, with one taking nearly 10 days. The customer service is only effective if you can reach them, as their chatbot continuously indicates it is busy, even when attempted early in the morning. There are no other reliable contact methods available.

My package has been delayed for a week now... The chatbot assistance is terrible, and there’s no one available to help... I really needed it this weekend and never expected it would take them more than a week to resolve the issue.

Consistent and Timely Deliveries with a Minor Hiccup

I consistently receive my packages promptly from the service, although there was one occasion when the delivery person accidentally left it at the neighboring building. However, on all other occasions, the deliveries have been executed well, even managing to deliver on a Sunday despite delays caused by heavy snowfall. I appreciate their reliable service.

Difficulties contacting support regarding a parcel stuck in Customs

I am unable to reach the support team regarding a parcel that arrived in Customs on 29.12.25. Customs informed me that I would receive a letter from the International Post center detailing the import costs needed for delivery. However, I have not received any communication—no letter, email, or SMS. When I try to call, I am directed to chat support, but after multiple attempts, I only reach AI. When requesting to speak with customer service, I am told they are too busy. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and we risk having the parcel returned to Australia. What can be done?

Great Packaging and Fast Delivery!

I received my package, which was securely wrapped in plastic along with iPad screens and some delicate items I ordered. The delivery service handled it very well👍. I picked up my package, and everything is in perfect condition👍, arriving three days ahead of schedule🎉🚛.
