I am unable to reach the support team regarding a parcel that arrived in Customs on 29.12.25. Customs informed me that I would receive a letter from the International Post center detailing the import costs needed for delivery. However, I have not received any communication—no letter, email, or SMS. When I try to call, I am directed to chat support, but after multiple attempts, I only reach AI. When requesting to speak with customer service, I am told they are too busy. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and we risk having the parcel returned to Australia. What can be done?
