Terrible. There is no number to call, no one answer at the email, the customer service chat never works it’s always busy. They left my package who knows where. The app it’s useless. Terrible terrible. They never leave the pack at the pickup point. They don’t know hot to do their jobs. I can’t understand how it’s possible that they still work.
