We ordered cat foot online - 10 kg - and paid for home delivery. On the day delivery was promised, we stayed home. As we were sitting in the window eating a lovely lunch, we received a message that PostNord had "tried to deliver the package, but we were not home." We were not only home, but sitting in the window watching the street, where we would have seen a PostNord van drive by. The "photo proof of delivery" was someone holding his thumb over the camera.
We tried to contact PostNord customer service in the app but gave up after waiting nearly an hour.
