Post nord constantly does not deliver packages despite me being home waiting for them. No door bell ringing, no option to get the package left at the door. All I get is a picture of my door telling me they tried delivering it literally 1 second ago. Over and over again! What am I paying the transport for ?!
If you want to contact support, the chatbot denies access motivating that the chatline is overbooked, every single time!
If you want to make a complaint on the site, you get turned away after made to fill in some information and give the package number. You get turned away that only senders can make complains!
