i have sent a package to usa, for no reasons the package tracking shows that will come back to me after more than two weeks... the package never left Danmark..they wont give any explications why.. and i have paid for theirs services...so poor service lately!
I got an answer from my complaint : they said we can't refund you as it has been sent as letter. but i paid for package up til 1 kg which are also letters and are recommended.
my package is a black envelope with fragile plastic in, which is used in stores when sends small products but clearly not a letter!
