It is extremely frustrating how difficult it is to get in contact with PostNord. My package has been sitting at the Brøndby terminal since March 5, and there has been no information, no update in the app, and no attempt to contact me if something is required from my side.
Trying to reach customer service feels almost impossible. When a package is stuck for this long, there should at least be clear communication or guidance on what the customer should do.
Right now it feels like the responsibility is placed entirely on the customer to chase information that should have been communicated proactively.
Very disappointing experience.
