I'm confused as to why my order was sent to a pick-up location further away instead of the closest one to my home. The shopping experience was excellent, but the delivery logic fell short. My heavy order was routed to a far-off pick-up point, and there was no option in the app to change it. Managing public transport with a large box from that distance was quite challenging. Please enhance the location selection or allow customers to pick their preferred spot.
