I was confused as to why my order was sent to a pick-up location far from my address instead of the nearest one. The shopping experience was enjoyable, but the delivery process was illogical. My bulky order ended up at a distant pick-up point, and the app didn’t provide an option to change it. It was quite inconvenient to navigate public transport with a large box from that location. I urge you to enhance the location selection process or enable users to select their preferred pick-up point.

My heavy order was routed to a far-off pick-up point, and there was no option in the app to change it. Managing public transport with a large box from that distance was quite challenging. Please enhance the location selection or allow customers to pick their preferred spot.
I received a message stating my delivery would arrive on a Monday between 8-16:00, so I took the day off work. However, it never arrived, and I received no further communication. There was no customer service number available, and the chat-bot was unhelpful. Two days later, I finally got a message saying it was on its way. It eventually arrived.
