I was supposed to receive my package today at a pre-selected pickup point. However, they claimed the boxes were 'fully booked' and redirected me to a location much farther away. When I contacted support for assistance, they offered no help and suggested I pay a fee for a new pickup point after delivery. It's frustrating to see consumers blamed for a company's operational failures.
