I received a paper letter saying I need to go pick up a parcel. The problem is that the pickup deadline has passed by 3 days when I received the letter for the first time. Tried contacting customer support but I had a bot tellling me the obvious that the parcel is expired and was sent back. The bot didn’t let me connect to a human agent either for further explanation. Horrible experience!
