The delivery was incredibly slow, with last-minute delays that had no explanation. Reaching out to the support team was frustrating, as they were rude and provided no information about the reason for the delay. How can it take three days for a distance of just 10 kilometers? (Weekends not counted). It's 2025, and in a developed country, we should expect much better service. The issue seems to stem from their exclusive delivery rights, leading to a lack of accountability (shame on the service).
