They failed to honor phone appointments and didn't bother to inform me when they canceled. My time was repeatedly wasted. When I followed up on a complaint, it seemed like no one was responsible. The so-called perks were unavailable for weeks, and contacting customer service was frustrating. I’ve dealt with several advisors, and each interaction was worse than the last. I am eager to find a better option elsewhere. This company is not trustworthy.
