The customer service was extremely poor, with lack of communication and unhelpfulness. I took out travel insurance, and when my flight was delayed by over 20 hours, making a claim was incredibly difficult. They kept asking for numerous reports, trying to find reasons to deny my claim. Even with confirmation from the airline about the cancellation, it was still insufficient. I do not recommend this service at all. It's not even the cheapest option, so save your money and look elsewhere.
