Frustrating experience with the renewal process...

The online renewal system was malfunctioning, forcing me to call for assistance. The representative kept repeating the same information, wasting my time and leading to a phone bill of nearly £6. My attempts to resolve the issue via email resulted in a pointless back-and-forth that went nowhere. Therefore, I'm voicing my dissatisfaction here and intend to file a formal complaint with both the company and the ombudsman. I advise against engaging with this service.

Very disappointing customer service experience...

The customer service was extremely poor, with lack of communication and unhelpfulness. I took out travel insurance, and when my flight was delayed by over 20 hours, making a claim was incredibly difficult. They kept asking for numerous reports, trying to find reasons to deny my claim. Even with confirmation from the airline about the cancellation, it was still insufficient. I do not recommend this service at all. It's not even the cheapest option, so save your money and look elsewhere.

Disappointing service and outdated processes...

I signed up for life insurance, believing it to be a modern service. However, I received outdated postal documents instead of a digital experience. They failed to honor phone appointments and didn't bother to inform me when they canceled. My time was repeatedly wasted. When I followed up on a complaint, it seemed like no one was responsible. The so-called perks were unavailable for weeks, and contacting customer service was frustrating. I’ve dealt with several advisors, and each interaction was worse than the last. I am eager to find a better option elsewhere. This company is not trustworthy.

Policy doesn't cover theft - quite surprising...

The policy felt worthless. When my belongings were stolen while traveling, I found out that theft wasn't covered. Now, I’m out of pocket for both the stolen items and the money spent on the policy. It's unbelievable that a travel insurance provider wouldn't cover theft.

Avoid this insurance; it's not worth it...

It's better to get insurance from a bank or another provider. This company sells policies and then finds technicalities to deny payouts. Thankfully, my bank helped me recover my payment for the policy.
