Told me I had to wait to arrange the transfer my house insurance until the day of my move, when I had to call them. Then refused to insure my new home (which was already insured by the previous owner), causing great stress on my removal day. Refused to provide any reason for not insuring the property, other than repeating the statement 'the system says no'. Don't insure with these people.
