I've been using this office chair for several months and I'm very dissatisfied. It was provided to me by my employer. The recline spring randomly resets with a loud noise, which is quite unsettling. I adjusted the back support slightly higher today, and after a few hours, it completely broke apart, with the back support coming off. Given my average height and weight, this chair should be much sturdier!
