I've been using this office chair for several months and I am extremely dissatisfied. It was provided by my employer. The recline spring resets unexpectedly with a loud noise, which is unsettling. Today, I adjusted the back support slightly higher, and after a couple of hours, it completely broke apart, with the back support detaching from the chair. I consider myself to be of average height and weight, and this chair should certainly be more durable!

Given my average height and weight, this chair should be much sturdier!
A 29kg package was delivered as 'drop-off only' without any prior warning about its weight or suitability. As someone needing ergonomic equipment, I have conditions that limit heavy lifting. Living alone, I had no choice but to drag the package inside to prevent it from being damaged in the rain, which unfortunately led to an injury. The item is also far too large and heavy for my desk, despite provided measurements. When I contacted support in distress, the first representative said, 'drop-off only is what the courier does.' How was I supposed to know that? No one checked with me or provided weight details in the delivery notification. I later spoke to a representative who was very helpful and provided a return quote. I hope this gets resolved quickly, but I am shocked that a business focusing on postural support thinks it's acceptable to leave customers with heavy items without assistance or warning.
