I've been using this office chair for several months and I am extremely dissatisfied. It was provided by my employer. The recline spring resets unexpectedly with a loud noise, which is unsettling. Today, I adjusted the back support slightly higher, and after a couple of hours, it completely broke apart, with the back support detaching from the chair. I consider myself to be of average height and weight, and this chair should certainly be more durable!
