While after almost a week we finally got everything figured out, instead of giving me a refund so I could go to another site, they only offered credit, for MY money on a product they hadn't even shipped yet. I ended up buying from another site before I was told I wouldn't get a refund, so I was out over $100. So I finally just told them to send it (and if they could upgrade my A Nuken to the AA nuken, which they did). It took 3 weeks to get here (ordered Nov 27th, and got here Dec 19th), while the stuff I ordered from the other site, also located in BC, was here in less than a week. I will never use them again. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they upgrades from A Rated to AA Rated.
