Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Sent a message two days ago, still not read. All other messages do not get answered. If you order more than $250 they claim overnight shipping is free however, only a small portion of my order got shipped overnight, the rest about 75% of it, got shipped REGULAR Canada Post. Their claim is that the items are coming from two separate warehouses. That's not MY problem, logisitics is yours. If a customer goes out of their way to meet the $250 then you have the responsibility as you claim, to ship the WHOLE order overnight, not just the smaller portion. So now I have to wait a WEEK for my order. Their excuse is the warehouses. Again, NOT my problem. You advertise for something then live up to it. Quite the expensive learning lesson. Customers be aware.
