After spending nearly £300 on a gift subscription, I was dismayed to discover it didn’t include a pot. I reached out for clarification and decided to cancel the subscription since I didn't want to incur extra costs for a starter kit for my friend. After many emails and a long wait, they offered a complimentary pot or the option to cancel. I accepted the pot and waited, but as Christmas approached, it still hadn’t arrived. I’ve contacted them multiple times, but communication has been lacking. They only respond when it’s about payment, not customer service. While their products are lovely and I’ve purchased gifts before, the customer service is severely lacking, and I cannot recommend this company. I ordered in October and still lack a complete gift to wrap.
