I had my reservations at first, as I often do when faced with something heavily promoted on social media, but the appealing green ceramic pot caught my attention, prompting me to take a chance. After all, even if the candle didn't meet expectations, I could still enjoy the pot, right? The pot, candle, and matches arrived quickly in protective, eco-friendly packaging, and I was just as pleased with the pot's color and quality in person as I was with the online images. I ordered the Fir candle, which came with a complimentary Myrrh. I didn't expect to enjoy the Myrrh scent, as scented candles can be hit or miss for me—some are wonderful, while others can be quite overwhelming. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The fragrance is subtle, wafting gently around the room without being overpowering. It feels warm, familiar, and very festive. It burns evenly, and when it's time to replace it, I’m confident I can use any leftover wax in my burner. I'm excited to try the Fir and will definitely explore the other options in the future.

After spending nearly £300 on a gift subscription, I was dismayed to discover it didn’t include a pot. I reached out for clarification and decided to cancel the subscription since I didn't want to incur extra costs for a starter kit for my friend. After many emails and a long wait, they offered a complimentary pot or the option to cancel. I accepted the pot and waited, but as Christmas approached, it still hadn’t arrived. I’ve contacted them multiple times, but communication has been lacking. They only respond when it’s about payment, not customer service. While their products are lovely and I’ve purchased gifts before, the customer service is severely lacking, and I cannot recommend this company. I ordered in October and still lack a complete gift to wrap.

This service is no exception! My delivery was left in an old garage, not in the requested safe space, and there was no notification from the postal service. The representative was somewhat responsive but not particularly helpful regarding the incorrect color match pot I received. Instead of simply sending the correct one, I was asked to provide evidence through photos. I didn’t have the time to deal with this, so I just kept the wrong pot. I placed a second order over a week ago, but the representative couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered, despite their advertising about Christmas delivery deadlines. The poor service and seemingly small support team have made me reconsider my subscription and future orders. The candles and pots are exquisite with wonderful aromas and good burn time, and I appreciate the focus on sustainability.
I've been a fan of the candles since I first saw them on TV and have since bought from the website. I ordered the starter pack as soon as it was available for £75, only to find it reduced to £69 the next day. This wasn’t a sale event; the price simply changed. It’s disappointing to think I rushed to buy it, fearing it would sell out, only to see the price adjusted afterward. I’m reconsidering future purchases. I noticed a mention about refunding the price difference, but I haven’t received any refund.
