This service is no exception! My delivery was left in an old garage, not in the requested safe space, and there was no notification from the postal service. The representative was somewhat responsive but not particularly helpful regarding the incorrect color match pot I received. Instead of simply sending the correct one, I was asked to provide evidence through photos. I didn’t have the time to deal with this, so I just kept the wrong pot. I placed a second order over a week ago, but the representative couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered, despite their advertising about Christmas delivery deadlines. The poor service and seemingly small support team have made me reconsider my subscription and future orders. The candles and pots are exquisite with wonderful aromas and good burn time, and I appreciate the focus on sustainability.
